Customer Support Agent
Full-time Remote
What to do:
Handle live chats and support tickets, providing prompt and accurate responses to players
Assist players with verification (KYC), deposits, and withdrawals
Provide consultation по bonuses, promotions, and gaming products
Identify and escalate suspicious customer activity
Conduct basic analysis to identify unusual questions and cases
Offer customers different solutions to resolve their requests
Participate in improving and optimizing customer support processes and player satisfaction
We expect:
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Experience in call centers, sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
Experience in iGaming / betting / fintech will be an advantage
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B1+) or higher
Attention to detail, responsibility, and stress resistance
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Motivation to grow in the iGaming industry and a proactive mindset
