PSP Technical Manager
On site Remote
What to do:
Managing integrations with payment providers (PaymentIQ / Devcode)
Configuring and optimizing payment flows, routing, and cascading logic
Developing reports, anti-fraud rules, and alerts in PaymentIQ
Analyzing traffic and key payment metrics (approval rate, decline rate, 3DS, etc.)
Independently identifying and resolving issues within payment processes
Collaborating with PSP technical teams
Launching new payment methods and improving existing one
Working closely with Product and Development teams
We expect:
1–3 years of experience in online payments (iGaming or fintech experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience with PaymentIQ, Devcode, or similar payment orchestration platforms
Understanding of FTD/STD flows, cascading, and routing mechanisms
Knowledge of key payment metrics (approval rate, decline rate, conversion rate)
Experience working with PSPs and resolving transaction-related issues
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to perform under pressure
English proficiency: B1–B2
