1–3 years of experience in online payments (iGaming or fintech experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience with PaymentIQ, Devcode, or similar payment orchestration platforms
Understanding of FTD/STD flows, cascading, and routing mechanisms
Knowledge of key payment metrics (approval rate, decline rate, conversion rate)
Experience working with PSPs and resolving transaction-related issues
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to perform under pressure
English proficiency: B1–B2
