Data Engineer

Full-time On site

What to do:

Design and develop the Data Warehouse (DWH), laying the foundation for analytics

Build data pipelines: develop, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and propose optimal architectural approaches

Help colleagues see the bigger picture by developing clear and fast dashboards

Implement Data Quality practices and ensure trust in data across the company

We expect:

Strong SQL skills: able to write complex queries, optimize them, and understand how they execute under the hood

ETL/ELT experience: knowledge of data pipeline principles and experience with data integration tools

dbt experience: data modeling and writing transformations in dbt is a big plus

Engineering mindset: care about code quality, use Git, and understand the importance of Data Quality

System thinking: ability to organize data so that informative reports and dashboards can be built
