Country Manager
Full-time Remote
What to do:
Develop and execute market growth strategy (growth, retention, monetization)
Own P&L for the region and key business metrics
Adapt the product to local market specifics (user behavior, payments, promotions, UX)
Manage marketing activities and channel performance (including affiliates)
Work closely with retention / CRM / VIP teams
Ensure compliance with local regulations and business risk management
Conduct market, competitor, and user insights analysis
Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Payments, Anti-Fraud, Support)
Initiate and launch new ideas, tests, and hypotheses in the market
We expect:
Proven experience as a Country Manager in iGaming
Deep understanding of the local market, culture, and user behavior
Experience working with marketing, product, and retention processes
Strong skills in metrics, analytics, and P&L management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
English level: B2+
Knowledge of the local language
Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
